The Mid-High class meets on Sunday mornings immediately following the sermon until 11:45, with the goal of keeping the class relevant to issues facing youth and their interests. We spend time learning about the reformed tradition, what it means to be Presbyterian and are always looking for ways to be contributing members of the FPC family.
During class time we:
- Discuss the sermon.
- Discuss the lesson from the curriculum “FAQ – Faithfully Asking Questions”, published by PCUSA. This curriculum is based on questions from youth and uses the “Shorter Catechism: Confirmation Version” to guide discussion, helping learners look to the Bible and the reformed faith to address real questions.
- Close with sharing joys and concerns and prayer.
